The Practice Manager is a key member of our team, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our medical practice. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to maintain high levels of patient, staff, and provider satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise staff and coordinate daily operations to ensure a smooth workflow and optimum productivity
  • Maintain patient, staff, and provider satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Manage financial information and reports, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or CMPE preferred
  • Two or more years' management/supervisory experience required or Associates Degree
  • Knowledge of medical practice procedures, financial information, and customer service concepts
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving expertise
