This leadership role will oversee Bullistic Barriers' efforts to drive new business development and cultivate strong customer relationships. The National Business Development Manager will be a dynamic and results-driven professional responsible for driving the growth of the company through identifying, targeting, and securing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Develop a robust pipeline of qualified leads to achieve growth targets.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive cold calling strategy aligned with the company's sales goals.
  • Segment the target market to prioritize high-value prospects and industries most likely to benefit from the company's products or services.
  • Outbound calls to targeted prospects within identified industries or regions.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to identify and attract high-potential prospects.
  • Utilize advanced tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry databases, and CRM systems, to identify target companies and key decision-makers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role, with a proven track record of securing new business and meeting sales targets.
  • Strong prospecting, cold calling, and closing skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office products; experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships effectively.
  • Previous experience in the security industry is preferred.
Work Environment:

This position is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from your home office. You will be expected to maintain a professional and productive work environment, free from distractions. As a remote worker, you will be responsible for providing and maintaining your own equipment, including a reliable computer, telephone, and internet connection.

Consistent with the organization's expectations of information security for employees working at the office, telecommuting employees will be expected to ensure the protection of proprietary company and customer information accessible from their home office.

Bullistic Barriers will reimburse the employee for all other business-related expenses such as phone calls and shipping costs that are reasonably incurred in accordance with job responsibilities.

Compensation:

The compensation plan will have competitive salary, commission, and bonus components as well as appropriate reimbursement and benefit package.

The candidate will be required to attend onboarding and training at company headquarters immediately after hire.
