In this role, you will work closely with passionate caregivers who share your commitment to delivering world-class patient care. As an RN Program Coordinator, you will play a crucial part in evaluating patients with Left Ventricular Assist Devices (LVADs), assisting with outpatient visits, managing equipment, and providing discharge education and instructions.

We are looking for candidates with strong clinical experience, preferably in cardiology or heart failure. If you possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, along with a thorough understanding of healthcare systems, we encourage you to apply. Our ideal candidate will also have experience working with Epic and a Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN).
