Requirements

  • Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensure in Ohio.
  • Current RN license to practice in Ohio (NPs only).

  • NCCPA-certified PA-C or eligibility for certification.
  • Approval by the Ohio State Medical Board for Physician Assistants.
