Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Planning and Budget Analyst to join our team at Georgetown University. The successful candidate will serve as the lead business partner, overseeing and executing planning activities for designated units within the University Services campus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze financial reports and budgets to ensure accurate forecasting and planning.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including coaches, staff, and administrative staff, to develop and implement financial plans.
  • Develop reports for management and stakeholders to review, providing insights and recommendations for financial decision-making.
  • Work collaboratively with coaches to meet financial goals, assisting in day-to-day financial needs and operations.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years' of relevant professional experience or a Master's degree or higher in a related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts, including budget preparation, financial forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
Work Mode Designation

This position has been designated as Hybrid. Please note that work mode designations are regularly reviewed to meet the evolving needs of the University.

Pay Range

The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position is $47,586.00 - $87,558.13.

Compensation is determined by a number of factors, including the candidate's individual qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the University's business needs and external factors.
