Job Summary

Synerfac is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment in our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards, including wiping down and dusting of will call, packing, and team areas.
  • Use hand or lightweight powered cleaning equipment, such as an electric walk behind sweeper to clean floors, walls, windows, and other surfaces.
  • Dispose of waste materials, such as cardboard, pallets, reels, etc. according to established procedures.
  • Work closely with all internal departments to help us achieve our mission, 'To deliver exceptional service to our customers while maintaining the highest standards for courtesy, knowledge and ethics.'
  • Perform other duties as obvious or assigned.
Requirements
  • This is a safety-sensitive position.
  • Required to operate electric walk behind sweeper.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. several times a day, bend, twist, and climb.
  • Must wear approved PPE and company logo shirts while on the clock.
  • Adhere to all Synerfac health, safety, and environmental policies.
  • Act in a safe and positive manner always, ensure that those around you do not put themselves or others at risk. Your personal safety is your responsibility.
  • Complete an accident/Incident report for any safety and/or health infractions that occur or witnessed.
