  • Supervise and coordinate the work of food service employees to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service.
  • Inspect kitchen and dining areas, utensils, and equipment to ensure compliance with sanitary standards.
  • Assign and coordinate work tasks to promote efficiency and productivity.
  • Supervise the serving of meals and ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve food service operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Director to plan, develop, and implement food service programs and activities.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in food service at a healthcare facility.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Positive and upbeat attitude.
  • Fully vaccinated individual.

Work Schedule: Full-time, 12pm-8pm, every other weekend.
