Key Responsibilities- Facilities and Equipment Maintenance: Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through regular maintenance and adherence to proper food safety procedures.
- Sales and Inventory Management: Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
- Task Execution and Reporting: Assist the Restaurant Manager with proper task execution and completion, schedule and cash integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
- Customer Service: Work with the team to prepare and package customer orders in a timely manner to maximize customer service expectations and results.
- Financial Analysis: Understand financial reporting to include analyzing profit and loss statements and affecting change to capture and capitalize on opportunities.
- Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager in the efforts of talent acquisition.
- Experience: 1+ years restaurant management experience, 1+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $1+million, 1+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements, 1+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional customer service, positive rapport building, expert salesmanship, and ensuring satisfaction by managing operations and employee-vehicle deployment. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. Effective teamwork skills.
- Physical Demands: Regular talking and hearing. Active involvement requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing. Frequent lifting/moving of items over 75 pounds.
