Key Responsibilities
  • Execute all tasks and duties of the Players Club Representative as needed.
  • Participate in special events and promotions to drive player engagement.
  • Stand in as acting Supervisor when necessary, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer service.
  • Oversee all operations of the Players Club, maintaining a clean, safe, and hazard-free environment.
  • Ensure all problem situations with guests or team members are resolved quickly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge of all casino promotions and events, communicating accurate information to guests and team members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and directed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED, College Degree preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience, telemarketing, or retail sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to take direction well and communicate effectively.
  • Positive attitude and ability to promote teamwork.
  • Ability to make sound decisions and work under pressure.
  • Typing skills with a minimum of 25 words per minute.
  • Previous computer experience, including data entry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Work Environment

The Casino environment is fast-paced, often crowded, and noisy. The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
