Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate and timely medication dispensing and administration.
  • Provide expert clinical advice and guidance to patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and implement effective pharmacy operations and quality assurance processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical research and best practices in pharmacy care.
Requirements
  • 1 year of post-graduate hospital experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
  • PHARM - Pharmacist licensure.
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
