- Sourcing and Procurement Tool Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end sourcing tools and processes, including spend analytics, e-sourcing, category management, supplier segmentation, 3rd party risk management, and catalog management processes.
- Cost Management: Analyze market trends and conditions to anticipate shifts in pricing and availability, develop cost-saving initiatives and strategies to reduce overall procurement costs.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies, ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and ethical standards in all sourcing activities.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of sourcing and procurement professionals, foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and professional development.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate vertically and cross-functionally.
- Proven negotiation and communication abilities.

- Successful track record of operational responsibility in areas of Sourcing and Procurement management.
- Strong understanding of general Sourcing and Procurement principles, contract management, risk management, and cost analysis, and new technologies.
