Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks on mechanical and electrical systems, including troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment problems.
- Evaluate and recommend equipment improvements to enhance efficiency, capability, and yield.
- Prepare technical reports to document preventative maintenance issues.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth operation of equipment and minimize downtime.
- General knowledge of basic trouble-shooting skills with ability to assist with repairs and diagnostics of advanced processing equipment.
- Maintenance experience with mechanical systems and/or electrical systems, typically demonstrated by work experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Ability to perform maintenance and repair tasks on material handling and processing equipment, including calculating, laying out, and drawing, as well as balancing and aligning equipment.
- Ability to utilize or fabricate parts needed from various materials, including cold rolled steel, stainless steel, steel plate, and structural steel members.
