Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Aviation Accessories Technician to join our team at Sky Jet Services. As an Aviation Accessories Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accessory components for jet engine services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and Maintenance: Perform repairs, modifications, and tests following manufacturer's instructions and repair station processes.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot product failures and conduct necessary maintenance to restore articles to operational status.
  • Quality Control: Utilize electronic test equipment and hand tools accurately for maintenance tasks.
  • Solder Work: Handle solder work in compliance with industry standards.
  • Documentation: Complete detailed documentation of all work and inspections carried out.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Production Assembly: Execute routine production assembly operations on engine mechanical assemblies and aircraft systems.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in engine harness wire routing, wire dressing, harness repairs, cannon plug repairs, and functional testing of aviation components.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of testing and repairs of ball screw actuators, VSV actuators, and testing equipment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or sit for prolonged periods as required.
