Job Summary:

Great Wolf Resorts is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests' rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, and vacuuming.
  • Restock supplies and linens in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Utilize chemicals according to directions and familiarize yourself with all material safety data sheets.
  • Maintain a stocked, organized, and clean cart with sufficient supplies.
  • Report maintenance issues through appropriate channels for resolution.
  • Document and secure lost and found items.
  • Communicate with guests on a professional and friendly manner.
Requirements:
  • Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and/or Holidays as needed.
  • Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in housekeeping, including sanitation, laundry operations, and/or guest services.
  • Excellent customer service and oral communication skills.
