Role Summary:

The Pest Control Specialist collaborates with the District Manager and fellow team members to address service requests for various properties. Key responsibilities include:

  • Trapping and removal of wildlife
  • Exclusion and preventative measures
  • Repairing wildlife damage
  • Population management and Integrated Pest Management (IPM)

Qualifications:

Candidates must be physically capable of performing the following tasks:

  • Using ladders within a weight capacity of 275 lbs
  • Lifting and carrying items up to 75 lbs
  • Accessing confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces
  • Working in various weather conditions

Additional Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in service, general labor, or construction preferred but not mandatory
  • Valid driving record and ability to pass a drug screening
