Experienced Dog Training Professional

PUPS Pet Club is seeking a highly skilled and experienced dog trainer to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for promoting and executing our proprietary PUPS training methodology, which focuses on helping our members develop a strong and loving relationship with their dogs.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with our members, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Personalized Training Regimens: Design and implement customized training plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of each pet parent and their dog.
- Training Techniques: Utilize obedience training, behavior modification, and management techniques to help our members achieve their desired outcomes.
- Team Support: Collaborate with our team to provide training knowledge and expertise, ensuring seamless delivery of our services.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Manage schedules with members, prospective members, and team members to ensure efficient and effective training sessions.
- Training Programs: Execute various training programs and provide material support to our members, including evaluations and assessments.
- Evaluation and Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations with prospective members to determine the most suitable training regimen for their needs.
- Training Schedule Management: Oversee and manage the training schedule to ensure timely and effective delivery of our services.
- Training Sales Support: Assist our team members in the training sales process, providing expert guidance and support.
- Professional Representation: Represent PUPS Pet Club in a professional and positive manner, embodying our values and mission.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; certification through the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers (CCPDT) is highly desirable.
- Experience: Proven experience working as a dog trainer, with a strong understanding of dog training techniques, animal behavior, and body language.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, delegate when necessary, and function effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, walk or run for extended periods, and safely lift dogs up to 50 pounds.
