Job Details

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Associate to join our team at Threshold Enterprises. As a Sales Support Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting our sales team to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

* Assist sales representatives in developing and implementing promotions and maximizing shift efficiency
* Handle urgent matters and select sales calls for the sales representatives
* Call selected customers to increase the size of orders using product knowledge and sales techniques
* Pitch products and promotions as directed by the sales representative
* Organize mailings, line drives, and other promotional materials
* Handle customer service issues and act as a liaison with other departments for the sales representatives as needed
* Process faxed and other orders as needed and directed by sales representatives
* Assist data entry staff with incoming orders as needed
* Follow all department and company policies

Requirements:

* 1 year of applicable experience in sales or customer service
* Proficient in ALL Microsoft Office and Excel
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent typing and data entry skills
* Must pass the company test at 80%
* Well organized with the ability to follow explicit directions
* Must be bilingual English/Spanish

Preferred Qualifications:

* Sales experience preferred
* Excellent interpersonal skills
