The successful candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, effectively lead teams, and maintain exceptional standards of customer service and compliance.

Key Duties:
  • Inspire and guide the operational team, ensuring compliance with company protocols, industry benchmarks, and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee the production, procurement, and planning aspects of daily operations.
  • Introduce process enhancements and best practices to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct on-site assessments for compliance, safety, and quality, while identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage vendor partnerships and authorize expenditures for direct reports.
  • Collaborate with sales management to meet customer obligations and support the sales process.
  • Analyze operational and compliance metrics, manage internal resources, and enhance financial performance through effective budgeting and forecasting.
  • Supervise and assist office staff, technicians, and claims coordinators.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and provide training for new initiatives and technology implementations.
Qualifications:
  • Preferred college degree.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience as an Account Representative, Sales Manager, Operations Manager, or a similar role with strong leadership and organizational capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Xactimate, and XactAnalysis.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively, manage time efficiently, and handle the physical demands of the role.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and work in diverse environmental conditions.
  • Capability to use respirators and comply with safety protocols.
