Responsibilities include delivering instruction, ensuring safety standards, and developing innovative coaching methodologies while maintaining a sophisticated training environment.
The Peach Pit Gym is dedicated to offering career opportunities for individuals passionate about gymnastics, cheerleading, tumbling, and dance. We provide both part-time and full-time roles with competitive compensation packages, including health, dental, and vision benefits, along with a Simple IRA match contribution. Our expanding organization serves a diverse clientele, ranging from toddlers to young adults, and offers multiple locations to facilitate employee advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement developmental curricula and lesson plans for recreational classes and competitive teams, ensuring effective communication with management and coaching staff.
- Evaluate team prospects and motivate potential athletes to engage in the sport. Actively recruit and inform parents about the team programs as necessary.
- Maintain regular communication with recreational and team parents, providing updates and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Uphold open lines of communication with developmental program athletes and their families, respecting the confidentiality of our clients.
- Conduct quarterly meetings with team parents to share insights and updates regarding the cheerleading industry.
- Assess the skills of current team athletes and recommend appropriate placements on a biannual basis.
- Promote cohesive communication among all coaching staff, exemplifying leadership through actions.
- Advise clients on private lesson opportunities and manage scheduling through appropriate platforms.
- Collaborate with management to cultivate a positive atmosphere for athletes and coaching staff, consistently leading by example.
- Monitor attendance of competitive athletes weekly to ensure safety and eligibility for competitions, addressing any concerns with athletes and parents promptly.
- Maintain accurate records in our system, including registration details, emergency contacts, and athlete skill assessments.
- Contribute to the upkeep of a clean and appealing facility on a weekly basis.
- Exemplify sportsmanship and maintain professional conduct towards athletes, officials, and spectators at all times.
