We are seeking skilled Quality Assurance Evaluators to join our team. The QA Evaluator is responsible for conducting thorough audits to ensure adherence to established processes and standards, as well as inspecting products to verify compliance with specifications.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday - Includes 1 Day Shift & 2 Night Shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections of finished and in-process products using basic measuring tools to determine acceptance or rejection.
- Ensure compliance with line clearance, raw materials, in-process inspections, manufacturing standards, and cleanliness protocols.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Communication:
Proficient in interpreting safety guidelines, operating instructions, and procedural manuals. Capable of writing routine reports and engaging in effective communication in both individual and group settings.
Interpersonal Skills:
Ability to engage with diverse groups effectively.
Analytical Thinking:
Competent in understanding detailed instructions and troubleshooting issues. Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is essential.
Organizational Skills:
Ability to plan and execute tasks efficiently, making informed decisions regarding processes and setups.
Mathematical Skills:
Proficient in basic arithmetic operations and capable of utilizing formulas, charts, and specifications.
Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access) is required. Experience in data collection is advantageous.
Technical Skills:
Ability to read and utilize micrometers, calipers, and digital force gauges.
