About This Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team of healthcare professionals. In this role, you will provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address a range of speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes accurately and effectively.
  • Maintain current knowledge of best practices in the field of speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Minimum 3 years of recent inpatient experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working in a Critical Access facility preferred.
  • Current licensure to practice speech-language pathology in Vermont.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, specifically CERNER.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills.
