Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a school-based setting. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating students with speech, language, and communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each student.
  • Provide direct therapy services to improve communication skills and enhance academic and social development.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Document student progress and participate in IEP meetings to ensure effective communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid SLP license in the state of Vermont.
  • Experience in a school setting is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
