Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at TaskUs, you will be responsible for providing world-class service to our customers through various support channels. You will be the face of our company, delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service Delivery: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge Management: Research and provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat support channels.
  • Documentation and Escalation: Navigate internal and external documentation and resources to provide world-class service, and identify and escalate priority or unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster a collaborative work environment by engaging with team members, supervisors, and other departments to resolve customer issues, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in the use of Windows OS, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and Google applications, as well as customer support software such as Zendesk and Slack.
