Job Title: Bilingual Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Frontera Health, Inc. is a leading provider of pediatric behavioral health services, and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.

About the Role:

The BCBA will be responsible for delivering ABA services to patients and families, including assessment, plan development, service delivery, case management, supervision, outreach and marketing, caseload development, annual performance reviews, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct behavior or functional analytic assessments
  • Develop and implement ABA treatment plans
  • Consult with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or Behavior Technicians (BTs) regarding client/family concerns
  • Select appropriate stimulus materials and treatment modalities for age and ability of person served
  • Include the client/family in setting treatment goals and training families on specific treatment strategies and carryover skills for the client/family
  • Provide clear and concise instructions in presenting materials and/or techniques in therapy
  • Record and track daily progress for client/family accurately
  • Utilize time in session efficiently to meet objectives
  • Provide accurate and immediate feedback to the client and/or family
  • Plan for discharge of the person served
Requirements:
  • General knowledge and experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Services and/or knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Managerial experience
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Windows, Excel, database management, and record keeping
  • Effective oral and written communication
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
  • Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Completing stage two assessments
  • Completing other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
  • BCBA certification
  • Master's Degree in Psychology or related field, emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Two or more years of experience working with a pediatric population
  • Two or more years of experience in an applied setting participating in functional assessments/analyses, the development and implementation of functional behavior plans, as well as the ongoing oversight and monitoring of the implementation and adjustments to such programs
  • Memberships to specific state and national (ABAI) professional associations are highly recommended
