Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for delivering ABA services to patients and families, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing supervision and support to our team.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct ABA services to patients and families, including assessment, intervention, and supervision
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective treatment strategies
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as MECA policies and procedures
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA
- BCBA certification
- Master's degree in Psychology or related field, with emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis
- At least two years of experience working with pediatric populations and in applied settings
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and practices, as well as experience with functional assessments and analyses
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with patients, families, and team members
