Job Summary

As a Rolloff Driver at Waste Pro, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient collection of waste and recyclables. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Secure containers by attaching hooks to containers
  • Use control levers to pull containers up on the bed of the truck and secure straps and hand tarps as necessary
  • Operate compaction and lift equipment on the vehicle
  • Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections as set forth by Waste Pro procedures and D.O.T. guidelines
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a valid CDL license and a strong understanding of waste management procedures. You must also be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a variety of weather conditions.
