Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Rolloff Driver to join our team at Waste Pro. As a Rolloff Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient collection of waste and recyclables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Secure containers by attaching hooks to containers and using control levers to pull containers up on the bed of the truck.
  • Use straps and hand tarps to secure individual containers as necessary.
  • Operate compaction and lift equipment on the vehicle.
  • Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections as set forth by Waste Pro procedures and D.O.T. guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean truck and wash the exterior weekly.
Requirements:
  • Valid CDL license.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
