Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and assist them with their automotive service inquiries.
- Carefully listen to customer concerns and accurately record vehicle problems.
- Offer informed recommendations for vehicle maintenance and necessary repairs.
- Promote additional services or products as appropriate.
- Relay precise information to the automotive service technicians.
- Ensure that service repairs are completed in a timely manner.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and foster relationships to enhance customer loyalty.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in automotive sales or service writing is essential.
- General mechanical knowledge is required.
- Strong customer service and sales abilities.
- Familiarity with tire services and general vehicle maintenance.
- Capability to manage automotive service operations effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $48,000 - $73,018.00 annually

Shift: 8-hour shifts

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred)

Commute Requirements: Must be able to commute to Missoula, MT (Required)

Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Missoula, MT before starting work (Required)

Work Environment: In-person
