Responsibilities:- Provide residents with direct care and support under the guidance of licensed nurses
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, bathing, meals, and mobility assistance
- Protect and promote each resident's rights to dignity, privacy, and self-determination
- Apply knowledge of infection prevention practices and proper procedures when providing care to residents
- Report changes in resident condition to the licensed nurse
- Active certification with the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry or ability to prove successful completion of an approved nursing assistant training program and competency evaluation
- Able to attend 12 hours of training each year
