Job Summary:

At St Luke's Medical Center, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver Assistant to join our team. As a Caregiver Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their dignity and independence in a secure and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents with personal care activities such as dressing, showering, and other daily living tasks
Provide housekeeping and laundry services to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment
Serve snacks and meals to residents, ensuring their nutritional needs are met
Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide medication assistance and support

Requirements:

Obtain and maintain a Nurse Aide License via the ND Department of Health Nurse Aide Registry
Ability to perform physical work, including standing for long periods, bending, and pushing or pulling
Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills
Ability to read, write, and understand English
Maintain a clean criminal background, sex offender, and child/adult protective service report
