Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM

Compensation: $19 - $20 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage respectfully and appropriately with children, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Maintain a safe, healthy, and organized learning environment.
  • Uphold confidentiality regarding children, families, and staff members.
  • Implement the curriculum as instructed, creating a supportive environment that reflects knowledge of child development across various stages and abilities.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in child care
  • CDA or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or Elementary Education is preferred
