Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide skilled physical therapy services, including interventions and evaluations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient goals.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE certification.
- Minimum one year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist/PT or in the process of obtaining licensure.
- Current CPR certification.
- Weekly pay and direct deposit.
