Part-Time Nurse Practitioner Opportunity with Hueman Risk Adjustment Solutions

Hueman Risk Adjustment Solutions is actively seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner to join our team in completing in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare and Medicaid members in the Inwood, WV area.

This unique opportunity offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to achieve your professional goals on your terms. As a Nurse Practitioner with Hueman, you will have the freedom to connect with patients in a more intimate setting, providing comprehensive, non-invasive physical assessments and reviewing medical history to ensure accurate and timely documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to and from patients' homes to conduct comprehensive Health Risk Assessments
  • Perform non-invasive physical assessments and review medical history
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information
  • Conduct medical reconciliation to ensure patient safety and compliance
  • Provide basic patient education on wellness and preventative healthcare measures

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree or commensurate experience and satisfactory completion of NP license
  • Active State NP license
  • Active National board certification
  • Current BLS certification
  • 12 months of experience as a paid advanced clinical provider preferred but not required
