About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Attorney to join our team at W3Global. As a Senior Attorney, you will be responsible for leading our personal injury defense litigation efforts in the Detroit office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently handle 1st and 3rd party auto litigation cases
  • Develop and implement case strategy, advising clients on the best course of action
  • Prepare and submit Motions, Briefs, Case Evaluation Summaries, and Facilitation Summaries
  • Conduct discovery, including written discovery and taking and defending depositions
  • Represent clients in both State and Federal Courts

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in personal injury defense litigation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be licensed to practice in the State of Michigan

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with tracking billable hours
  • Prior trial experience
