Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Associate to join our team at European Wax Center in Murrysville. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls to guests and team members
  • Manage guest reservations, including checking in and out guests, and rebooking appointments as needed
  • Process sales and promotions, including wax pass sales and other offers
  • Maintain accurate records and paperwork for each guest
  • Collaborate with the Wax Specialist team to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience
