Seeking a BC/BE Neonatologist for Clinical Neonatology Practices

The Department of Pediatrics at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School is looking for a board-certified/board-eligible physician in Neonatology to join our team in Clinical Neonatology practices.

About the Opportunity
  • Work with a team of neonatologists in a clinical setting at multiple locations, including Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, Community Medical Center, and The Bristol Myers-Squibb Children's Hospital at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital.
  • Join 8 full-time faculty members who provide 24/7 in-house NICU coverage at Bristol Meyer Squibb Children's Hospital and other off-site locations.
  • Be part of the premiere academic neonatal ICU in the greater New Jersey area and the only training program for neonatology fellows in the state.
  • Contribute to the clinical services of the division of critical care in the 37-bed neonatal intensive care unit/intermediate care NICU at the BMSCH of the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ.
About the Department

The Department of Pediatrics has a full complement of pediatric medical and surgical subspecialists, and outpatient services are provided at the Child Health Institute of New Jersey, which also houses our research faculty.

The Department provides a collaborative setting for the study of basic mechanisms of disease and outcomes research that would provide new insights to the treatment of childhood diseases.

Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School is consistently ranked as one of the highly NIH-funded academic universities, and Rutgers is a member of the Association of American Universities, comprising the top comprehensive research universities in North America.

Adjacent to the Children's hospital is the PSE&G Children's Specialized Hospital, one of the country's largest inpatient acute rehabilitation hospitals for children.

Across the street is the Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey, the only NCI-designated center in the state of New Jersey, as well as the Ronald McDonald House.
