Full-Time CNC Plasma Cutter Programmer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled CNC Plasma Cutter Programmer to join our team at Hyundai Power Transformers USA.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in CAD design and CAM programming. As a CNC Plasma Cutter Programmer, you will be responsible for creating and editing 2D designs using AutoCAD Mechanical software. Experience with Flashcut CAM software is also highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and edit 2D designs using AutoCAD Mechanical software
  • Program and operate the HDX400 Hypertherm plasma machine
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in CAD design and CAM programming
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Mechanical and Flashcut CAM software
  • Strong understanding of metal fabrication principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience. The expected hours of work are 40-48 per week, with a standard 8-hour day shift from Monday to Friday.
