The patient is experiencing mild onset dementia and is considered a fall risk, necessitating constant supervision. It is essential that the caregiver is friendly towards pets, as there is a beloved dog on the premises.

WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday to Friday
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (All Days)

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
* Providing companionship
* Preparing meals
* Reminding about medications
* Assisting with physical therapy exercises
