Job Title: Host and Cashier

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Host and Cashier to join our team at Brew Brothers. As a Host and Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive dining experience, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greets guests with a positive and friendly attitude, ensuring a warm welcome to our restaurant.
  • Assists with seating guests in a timely manner, ensuring a favorable dining experience.
  • Answers phone calls, greets customers, and maintains accurate track of seat availability.
  • Responsible for assisting with bussing and resetting tables, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Follows all cashiering policies and procedures, ensuring accuracy and safeguarding of funds.
  • Cleans host area, stairway, and entrances to the restaurant, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Assigns wait staff to service patrons in their appropriate section, ensuring efficient service.
  • Responsible for regular and punctual attendance for scheduled shifts, ensuring seamless service.
  • Assists in ensuring the safety and security of all guests and employees, maintaining a secure environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
  • One year of restaurant experience preferred.
  • Ability to use a cash register, read and follow simple instructions, and use a telephone.
  • Knowledge of alcohol awareness and sanitation/health department regulations for safe handling of food.
