About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Wireless Tower Alarm Foreman to join our team at Ansco & Associates, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining wireless equipment in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Servicing: Install and service wired and wireless equipment in the field, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Climbing and Maintenance: Climb up to 500 feet to diagnose, repair, and replace faulty equipment, identifying problems and performing maintenance on network equipment.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform testing of equipment and communication lines to ensure that all systems are functioning correctly and meet quality standards.
  • Training and Certification: Complete climber and rescue certification, CPR training, OSHA training, and required safety training to ensure that you have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform your duties safely and effectively.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous telecommunications or construction experience is required, with a strong background in wireless equipment installation and maintenance.
  • Skills: Proficient computer skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel and work weekends as needed.
  • Knowledge: Anritsu and/or Kaelus PIM and Sweep knowledge is required, as well as a strong understanding of AT&T technologies and equipment.
