Clinical Care Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Care Specialist to join our team at Allergy Partners in Los Alamos, NM. This is a full-time position that requires a high level of expertise and dedication to providing exceptional patient care.

Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional patient care in our office, including taking patient history, conferring with physicians, developing patient care plans, and prescribing medications as necessary. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of managed care basics and experience working with a managed care and Medicare population.

Responsibilities:
  • Provides diagnosis and treatment services to established patients.
  • Prescribes medications, treatments, and immunotherapy in accordance with physician protocols.
  • Formulates and updates patient care plans; consults with physicians as needed.

Requirements:
  • PA degree required.
  • Current licensure maintained.
  • At least two years of experience in a physician office or hospital.
  • Ability to make independent decisions about patient care.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
