- Engage with a diverse clientele through various communication channels including in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, and video conferences.
- Draft, revise, and assess documents related to probate and estate administration.
- Assist clients in the retitling of assets effectively.
- Compile and organize financial documentation necessary for estate tax filings and audits.
- Prepare, modify, and review estate tax submissions.
- Generate fiduciary income tax returns and settlement documents for both informal and formal estate and trust resolutions.
The Wills, Trusts & Estates Team is seeking a Paralegal who possesses:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in estate administration (mandatory).
- Expertise in preparing estate and trust accountings (mandatory).
- A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects in a dynamic work environment.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong organizational abilities.
- Exceptional proofreading and analytical skills to maintain the highest quality of legal documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel, with a capability to utilize technology resources efficiently.
- A commitment to achieving a minimum of 1400 billable hours annually.
- Comfort in working within a hybrid schedule, including one day of remote work.
