Blackstone Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Lead Security Officer with armed capabilities for a Healthcare Security Client in various regions.

ROLE SUMMARY: The Lead Security Officer is tasked with ensuring the safety and protection of individuals within healthcare environments. Responsibilities include responding to critical incidents, enforcing safety protocols, and mitigating workplace aggression. The Lead Officer will work closely with security and healthcare management to effectively manage security challenges.

Facility Safety & Emergency Response

  • Address criminal activities and emergencies
  • Oversee de-escalation strategies
  • Offer safety insights and coordinate with local law enforcement

Workplace Aggression Prevention

  • Act as the facility's authority on workplace aggression prevention
  • Manage responses to aggressive incidents
  • Remain informed on training and developments in the sector

Training Responsibilities

  • Deliver training on workplace aggression prevention to staff
  • Evaluate and mentor new security personnel

  • Valid driver's license and guard card required
  • Pass pre-employment background checks
  • Comply with safety regulations
