- Educate patients on medical products and services.
- Route patient information to the appropriate departments for processing.
- Accurately input customer orders into our systems.
- Facilitate referrals to community agencies as needed.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to address billing inquiries or direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficient in multitasking and time management.
- Good typing and 10-key skills.
- Ability to sit for extended periods.
- Accurate data entry skills and adaptability to software applications.
- Medical background, such as Respiratory Therapy or Nursing experience, is advantageous.
