We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and quality of life of children with Autism and developmental differences.

Job Overview:

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in various settings, including client homes, community spaces, and outpatient offices. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver evidence-based therapy and support services to children and their families, helping them achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Salary and Benefits:

Competitive salary range: $19-$25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Full-time eligibility after 30 hours/week. Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, and a 401(k) plan. Mileage reimbursement and profit-sharing opportunities for full-time and part-time employees.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and current auto insurance/registration.
  • Ability to pass extensive background checks and drug screenings.
  • Day and evening availability; occasional weekend shifts may be required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Soft skills: strong self-awareness, empathy, integrity, humility, efficient time management, professional communication.
  • Technical competency: technical writing skills, experience working with children or teens with developmental differences.
  • Initiative and problem-solving: history of taking initiative, solutions-oriented approach, ability to brainstorm and collaborate effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement feedback from clinical and administrative staff, as well as BCBA guidance.
  • Work collaboratively with technicians, clinical, and administrative support professionals, individuals, and families.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism under BCBA supervision.
  • Comply with safety protocols and procedure guidelines to ensure child well-being.
