We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Intervention Occupational Therapist to join our team at Ascend Rehab. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing therapy and assessments in a home visit setting in Galt and the surrounding area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality therapy and assessments to children and families in a home visit setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and research

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current California license as an Occupational Therapist
  • Prior pediatric experience is a plus
