We are seeking a highly motivated Facilities Cleaner to join our team at Coastal Waste and Recycling Inc. in Boca Raton, Florida. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and security of our facilities while advancing our mission to promote sustainability and innovation within the waste and recycling industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment for all team members, customers, and visitors by washing and pressure washing trucks, dumpsters, and equipment.
  • Clean pathways, high-traffic areas, and general facility spaces to ensure a productive work environment.
  • Collect and properly dispose of trash and debris throughout the site, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Operate skid steers and other light machinery for debris removal and cleaning tasks.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in outdoor conditions.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
