Job Summary
The Land Surveyor Manager will be responsible for leading and managing projects from start to finish. This includes marketing, scoping, costing, and supervising projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with principals and project managers to participate in project proposals and interviews
- Manage and supervise project teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to team members as needed
Requirements
- CA Professional Licensure for Land Surveying
- Bachelor's Degree
- Project/Team Management experience
Work Environment
This is a permanent position with a fully on-site work environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.
