Job Description
The Land Surveyor Manager is responsible for leading a team of surveyors in the execution of projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality results. This role requires collaboration with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to develop project proposals and participate in interviews as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company goals.
- Lead and manage a team of surveyors, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure successful project execution.
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, develop project proposals, and participate in interviews as requested.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation, adhering to company standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- CA Professional Licensure for Land Surveying
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Project/Team Management experience
Work Environment
This is a fully on-site position in Valencia, California.
Work Environment: In office; Team Size: 3-4+; Dress Code: Professional; Hours/Shift: 7am/8am start time
