Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Repair and Maintenance: Diagnose and repair diesel engines, after-treatment systems, and other vehicle components, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Equipment Troubleshooting: Use advanced diagnostic techniques to identify and resolve issues with vehicle systems, including electrical, HVAC, and air brake systems.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Collaborate with drivers, team members, and supervisors to ensure effective communication and a positive work environment.
  • Quality Control: Evaluate completed work to ensure it meets our high standards, seeking supervisor approval where necessary.
  • Safety and Training: Participate in safety and educational training programs to stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and best practices.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years of vehicle/equipment maintenance experience.
  • Certifications: ASE/EVT certifications preferred but not required.
  • License: Valid driver's license (Class A CDL preferred but not required).
