Key Responsibilities- Vehicle Repair and Maintenance: Diagnose and repair diesel engines, after-treatment systems, and other vehicle components, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.
- Equipment Troubleshooting: Use advanced diagnostic techniques to identify and resolve issues with vehicle systems, including electrical, HVAC, and air brake systems.
- Communication and Teamwork: Collaborate with drivers, team members, and supervisors to ensure effective communication and a positive work environment.
- Quality Control: Evaluate completed work to ensure it meets our high standards, seeking supervisor approval where necessary.
- Safety and Training: Participate in safety and educational training programs to stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and best practices.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: 3 years of vehicle/equipment maintenance experience.
- Certifications: ASE/EVT certifications preferred but not required.
- License: Valid driver's license (Class A CDL preferred but not required).
- Competitive Compensation: 20-30 hourly wage.
- Benefits Package: Health, dental, life, and disability insurance, 401K with company matching, and work boot program.
- Work Schedule: 7:00am - 5:00pm with an hour lunch.
